This loaf starts with my signature sourdough base—organic unbleached white flour, whole wheat flour, filtered Devon water, and Celtic Sea Salt. Generous shreds of sharp cheddar, fresh jalapeños, and a sprinkle of dried chipotles come together in the oven, creating a golden crust and tender chewy crumb packed with layers of savory, lightly spicy goodness.
