Crafted with organic, Alberta-milled flour, filtered Devon water, and Celtic Sea Salt, focaccia is the most versatile sourdough I make. It’s unbelievably easy to love: tear it, dip it, sandwich it, serve it with soups, salads, charcuterie, or just stand at the counter and eat it straight from the pan (no judgement). The secret ingredient of focaccia is lots and lots of olive oil. I am excited to let you know that I only use EVOLUTION olive oil in my focaccia. It's the best flavor for a high oil bread.
