Plump raisins deliver juicy bursts of flavor, while real cinnamon adds gentle warmth that feels like the best parts of Saturday mornings—comforting, familiar, and just sweet enough without tipping into dessert.

Cozy Morning Energy

This loaf starts with my signature sourdough base—organic unbleached white flour, whole wheat flour, filtered Devon water, and Celtic Sea Salt. A generous mix of raisins and warm cinnamon gets folded throughout, creating a golden crust and tender, chewy crumb threaded with ribbons of spice and natural fruit sweetness in every slice. There is no added sugar in this loaf so you can feel good about serving it to your family.

Ingredients: Alberta organic unbleached white flour, Alberta organic whole wheat flour, filtered Devon water, Celtic Sea Salt, raisins, cinnamon.
Please note: the raisins are not organic… some ingredients are nearly impossible to source locally without a wild price tag that I would need to pass along to customers.
