Crafted with organic, Alberta-milled flour and naturally leavened over 24+ hours, my Cheddar Cheese Sourdough is where tangy artisan bread meets sharp, melty cheddar richness. Real cheddar gets folded throughout the dough, baking into pockets of salty, creamy flavor — hearty, familiar, and deeply satisfying without being greasy or heavy.

Comfort Snack Energy

This loaf starts with my signature sourdough base — organic unbleached white flour, whole wheat flour, filtered Devon water, and Celtic Sea Salt. A generous amount of shredded cheddar is incorporated before baking, creating a bronzed, blistered crust and a tender, chewy crumb with savory cheese in every slice. There’s no added oil or butter in this loaf — the richness comes straight from real cheddar.

Ingredients: Alberta organic unbleached white flour, Alberta organic whole wheat flour, filtered Devon water, Celtic Sea Salt, aged cheddar cheese.
Please note: the cheddar is not organic… some ingredients are nearly impossible to source locally without a wild price tag that I would need to pass along to customers.
